Anyone know any good short stories to be animated?

Does anyone who have any good ideas on some short stories or senarios to do. Would like to use this as a portfolio piece as well so if any animators have any advice on what to try and accomplish would be helpful as well. I am not looking to do any dialogue in this short as well.
